- Sam Maren and Anne Maren-Hogan run Camp Celo Gardens in the heart of a boys and girls summer camp in the Appalachian Mountains. It is a nurturing environment for both plants and children. We intensively farm one acre using organic methods with the help of 3 summer interns. Our highest quality produce supplies the camp kitchen as well as many local restaurants.
